- In a large bowl, add the chickpeas, curry powder, salt, green apple, celery, red onion, and raisins. Stir until combined.
- Add the mayo and greek yogurt. Stir until everything is evenly coated. Fold in cilantro and roasted almonds. Season to taste.
Notes
Enjoy on a sandwich, as a melt, in a tortilla, in a pita, with butter crackers, on a wasa cracker, or on a bed of lettuce.
